If you don&#8217;t really want to lose weight then you will put up barriers that will stop you from achieving long lasting weight loss. These might be physical or psychological barriers &#8211; but they will prevent you losing weight all the same.</p>
<p>So, once you have decided that you do really want to lose weight&#8230; yes that you REALLY want to&#8230; here are some steps that will help you to achieve this.<strong> <span id="more-1184"></span></strong></p>
<p><strong>Identify A Realistic Goal</strong></p>
<p>Set yourself a goal in relation to your weight loss. Make sure it is realistic and achievable. Many people set unrealistic weight loss goals and destine themselves to failure from the outset. If you fail in the initial stages of your program it is easy to get put off weight loss for the long term.</p>
<p><strong>Learn From Past Experiences</strong></p>
<p>Chances are you have tried many things in the past to lose weight. I imagine there have been fad diets, extreme calorie restriction efforts and various exercise regimes. The best thing that you can do if you are looking to lose weight is to learn from these past experiences. If you have tried a certain diet that has not worked for you&#8230; don&#8217;t do it again. If you have tried extreme calorie restriction then you will know that this doesn&#8217;t work for long term weight loss. Perhaps there have been a couple of types of exercise that you particularly enjoyed or had some success with in the past &#8211; incorporate them again.</p>
<p><strong>Form A Support Group</strong></p>
<p>Achieving your weight loss goals or aspirations can be very difficult. You need to surround yourself with support. This might be through friends, family, or it might be a person of group of people you have not even met yet that are trying to achieve the same goal. Whoever you rely on for support &#8211; make sure you steer clear of the unsupportive kind as they are likely to lure you away from achieving your desired outcome.</p>

<p>Don&#8217;t focus on weight loss. Focus on consistently working towards being healthy. Focus on healthy eating, good food, a good level of consistent exercise. In this modern life, people are now well acquainted with so-called stress at work, which can cause the body circulation does not work properly.</p>
<p>Hence, it can cause fat and other dangerous substances cannot be processed well. Other cause of obesity is the instant and fast food available nowadays. People with thigh work schedule cannot surely prepare their own food, so they are buying and consuming fast food, all the time; on breakfast, lunch, and even on dinner. Fact is, fast food can be very much dangerous for they consist of much oil, much fat, less fiber, and fewer vitamins. <p>The first common and dangerous disease caused by obesity is cardio diseases or popularly known as heart diseases, including broken heart and heart failure. Heart disease is commonly caused by cholesterol, which is potentially causing blood vessel to narrowing, and also covering the tissue of human&#8217;s heart.</p>
<p>The second common disease caused by obesity is reproduction diseases, such as infertility, menstrual disorders, diabetes mellitus, and so forth. This is mainly dangerous for women, for obesity can cause them to not be able to pregnant and give a birth. Hence, women who suffer from obesity are to cure and heal their obesity before they get married, so they will be able to have a baby.</p>
<p>The third common disease that is mainly caused by obesity is neuron diseases, such as stroke, migraines, sclerosis, and other diseases dealing with neurology. This kind of disease is usually suffered by those who are working hard, and even have no time to take care of their body. Businesspersons, executive, and workers are groups of people who are commonly suffering neuron diseases caused by obesity.</p>
<p>The fourth common disease is rheumatic diseases, such as arthritis, gout, low back pain; these diseases are usually suffered by women with obesity. There are also many kinds of diseases caused by obesity, such as respiratory disorders (such as snoring and lung diseases), and depression, stress, and other psychological diseases.</p>
<p>However, all of those diseases have the exact similarity; they can cause people&#8217;s life quality to greatly decreased, so they feel like live a useless life. Hence, people with obesity are to find an effective treatment at immediate. Nowadays, indeed, there are many things people can do to treat their obesity, either by medical treatment or by natural treatment.</p>

The following post then will deal with the psychology of exercising, in other words, how to achieve faster our set goal in our &quot;Easy Fat Loss program&quot;. It is one thing to understand the general health benefits of cardio exercising and how it helps in fat loss, it&#8217;s another thing to overcome the resistance to &quot;self-torture&quot;, as many of us like to call exercising. &quot;Just do it&quot;, as a sport shoe company tells us, is not enough motivation for the majority. The benefits of regular cardio training are pretty well-known (but often not taken seriously):</p>
<p>* Strengthening heart and lungs    <br />* Reducing stress     <br />* Reduction in risk of heart disease and various types of cancer     <br />* Relief from depression and anxiety     <br />* Improved bone density (weight bearing sport)     <br />* Increased confidence: looking and feeling better     <br />* More stamina and energy     <br />* Better sleep     <br />* Better sex life (!)     <br />* Ah, yes &#8211; nearly forgot: fat (weight) loss!</p>
<p>Obviously, there is a reason why I did put fat loss last in the list. Not because it is the least important but rather to encourage you to read first about all the &quot;additional&quot; benefits you get &quot;free of charge&quot;, while sweating and puffing to your original goal: the easy fat loss. How should I exercise for maximum fat loss? Now that we are convinced, there are many reasons to get up from the couch into our running/walking shows or on the bike, we need to know, which way of exercising burns maximum fat, this still being our main motivation &#8211; at least at the beginning. Without being able to enter here into the concepts of exercise physiology, it is the aerobic cardio training (requiring oxygen), which is the only way to burn the unwanted fat, as it is generating the required energy from many types of molecules in the body: glucose, lactic acid, fatty acid, keto acids and many others. Since most people do have a big reserve of energy stored in their body fat (10 kg = 90,000 kcal or more), energy supply from the Aerobic Sytem can last very long. The two other energy resynthesizing systems, Phosphocreatine and Lactid Acid, are both anaerobic (requiring no oxygen), therefore don&#8217;t burn fat. Most of our body fat is stored as subcutaneous fat, under the skin (this makes us look fat). Only a maximum of a few 100 gram is found as intramuscular fat, which is the majority of fat burned locally for energising the muscles during exercise. But it does not last forever, as e.g. a 70 kg non-overweight man has only 160 g of it (equivalent to 1440 kcal). Exercising is differentiated into low, medium and high intensity training. The equivalent in heart rate in percentage of the maximum HR for each training level is 60 -70%, 70 &#8211; 85% and 85 to 100%. HR max is calculated as HRmax = 205.8 &#8211; (0.685 × Age) Now, regular training will lead to energy production from muscle fat oxydation between 30 and 60% of the required fuel. You will need to train 45 to 60 minutes at least 3 times (better 5 times) weekly at 60 to 70% intensity, where the percentage of fat used as fuel is maximised.</p>

<p>Long and slow is the slogan for your Easy Fat Loss program cardio training. To calculate your target heart HRtarget rate, you can use the following formula, where you must first measure your resting heart rate &#8211; best in the morning. HRtarget = (HRmax &#8211; HRrest) × % Intensity/100 HRrest. Just be aware that the mentioned fat burning efficency only sets in after about 6 weeks, as the body&#8217;s fat burner needs time to settle in. The choice of exercise is yours &#8211; according to liking and specific situation There is weight bearing &#8211; e.g. running, walking &#8211; and non-weight bearing cardio training &#8211; e.g. cycling, swimming. Weight bearing makes your bones stronger but can become a problem for the joints, especially if you are overweight and/or running downhill, as they are of high impact nature. Elliptical trainers in gyms avoid these problems and have therefore become very popular. Swimming as a non-weight bearing cardio training is the perfect choice for obese people and can support very well their fat loss diet. Below a calories consumption exercise table. All exercising should be done before meals, because eating will replenish the salt and muscle glycogen lost during training, so that your body gets back into nutritional balance quickly. If you have measured your spent calories during your low intensity training with your HR monitor and want to know how many grams of carbs you need to offset your exercise carbs loss, multiply the calories spent by 0.4 &#8211; e.g. 500 kcal x 0.4= 200 g &#8211; and ensure you are eating those 200 g of carbs, not more &#8211; ideally of low GI type. No need to do the same with fat, just keep the intake low &#8211; remember 1 g fat = 9 Kcal! &#8211; so that you will see your body become muscular and less fatty in time. Otherwise you will lose motivation and will may not find the easy fat loss program so easy and helpful at all!</p>

<li><strong>Before dieting, you must know how many calories you normally need in a day.</strong><br />
If you are sedentary, multiply your weight (in pounds) by fifteen. If you are moderately active, multiply your weight by seventeen; if you are active, multiply your weight by twenty. This will give you the average calorie intake you need per day.<span id="more-654"></span></li>
<li><strong>Remember to eat your fruits and veggies!</strong><br />
You need at least five servings of them per day – doing this will put you on the right track to a healthy body, because fruits and vegetables have beneficial fibers, vitamins and antioxidants. They also fill up your stomach fast so that you don’t overeat and take into many calories.</li>

<p>On the one side there are such people who make a cult from eating. They just swallow food rich in spices without thinking about its value or taste. <p>Anaerobic exercise is not like aerobic in that it is often shorter in length and greater in intensity. With anaerobics the body gets tired faster and muscles are created more actively. A variety of sports are categorized as anaerobic activities: soccer, downhill skiing, weight lifting, basketball, and football. Running or sprinting is another one. Anaerobic exercise will boost the possibility of the body being sore.</p>

It helps control and reduces body fat, increases our total endurance, gives us more energy, assists in our resilience to exhaustion, increases our muscles, and raises our lean body mass. <p>An aerobics class could be a good beginning for people who want to reap the rewards of aerobic exercise and aren&#8217;t positive how to start. The amount of intensity is how high you bring your limbs up during the work out routine.
