Cutting the Risk of Heart Failure with Omegas and Fish Oil

Other benefits of regular omega-3 consumption according to research include better brain function and increased development rate and improved cardiovascular health. Omega-3 fatty acids found in fish oils are also powerful in the fight against arthritis, cystitis, prostatitis, and additional inflammatory ailments.
